Because all our products are made-to-order using a print-on-demand process, we follow a strict but fair return policy.

1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns if:

• The product is damaged or defective

• You received the wrong item

2. No Returns for:

• Wrong size selected by customer

• Change of mind

• Minor color/print variations

3. Return Timeframe

• You must request a return within 7 DAYS of delivery.

4. Proof Requirement

• Customers must provide clear photos/videos of the issue.

5. Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 Days.

• Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Replacement Policy

• In most cases, we provide a replacement instead of a refund.

7. Return Shipping

• No need to return the item in most cases.

• We will guide you based on your case.

8. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be canceled within 3 hours of placing the order.

• After production starts, cancellation is not possible.
